Choosing and purchasing a dog is a very personal, customized, and exciting process. We take pride in matching the ideal dog for a particular owner/handler and environment.  The first step in this process is to complete a short questionnaire to best assess your needs and desires.  Your information will be forwarded and reviewed by Raul Hernandez, who will then contact you for a one-on-one phone consultation.

Your phone consultation with Raul will include an in-depth needs analysis.  Both you and he will have many questions to determine the perfect dog for you and/or your family.  In addition to a phone conversation, you are always welcome to visit Raul and the FTI K9 team at our North Central Florida facility where you can sit down to discuss your needs and assess the available dogs in our kennel.

Based on your discussions and Raul’s assessment, we will forward you detailed information on select dogs that we believe suit your specific needs and wants. This information includes, among other things, photos, videos, detailed description, birthdate, titles (if applicable), bloodline, health history, and pricing.  You are also always welcome to visit us at our North Central Florida facility to see your potential new dog(s) in-person and spend time with him/her on the training field.

Once you’ve narrowed your selection to your one life-long companion, the next step is to arrange delivery and, if needed, additional training.  Some dogs are ready to be united with their new owner and family immediately, while other dogs may need customized training (per your request/specifications) prior to integration into your life.

There are three options for delivering your FTI K9 dog:

1. Raul Hernandez will personally deliver your dog to you anywhere in United States.  During the delivery he will work with you on acclimating your dog to your home and family, customizing the training as needed, and provide handling instruction.   (Additional costs apply.)
    
2. Pick up your dog at the FTI K9 facility located on 32 beautiful acres just outside the “Horse Capital of The World,” Ocala, Florida.  The facility is approximately a one-hour drive northwest of Orlando, Florida.  At our facility you will have the opportunity to bond with your new dog and receive private instruction with Raul and the FTI K9 team.
    
3. We will make arrangements to ship your dog to you from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).  Rest assured we will provide you with all the necessary information needed to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your home.  This includes both written and custom video instructions.

Undoubtedly, you will have questions about your new companion, especially during the first few days and weeks.  Don’t worry, we’re here for you.  Raul and the FTI K9 team are available for continued consultation to ensure a seamless transition from our facility to your home.

Many of our clients request ongoing or refresher training for their dog and themselves. This continued training can be provided at our facility or on-site at your location.  In addition, we offer boarding services for all dogs sold by FTI K9.
